DESCRIPTION
Thick Pour Casting is a two-component resin system. Designed to large batch casting and see through objects (up to 2" thick in a single pour), This product is perfect for making thick river tables, Charcuterie boards and Resin Art pouring

FIRST-AID

1. EYES: Flush with copious amounts of water lifting lids and removing contact lenses to ensure complete irrigation. Get medical attention.
2. SKIN: Flush with water and then wash with soap and water, launder contaminated clothing before reuse. Get medical attention if irritation persists.
3. INHALATION: Remove to fresh air and assist breathing as necessary. Get Medical attention.
4. INGESTION: If appreciable amounts have been swallowed, get medical attention.

DIRECTIONS

1. Make sure wear safety glasses during mixing and pour of resin
2. Mix 2 parts A with 1 part B by weight (or 1.9 : 1 by volume) into cleaned mixing container. Fully mix with a paddle, carefully scrape the wall and bottom of container, ensuring no streaks.
3. POT LIFE: 40-60 Minutes (100 ml at 77 degrees F). SET TO TOUCH: 24 to 48 hours. CURE TIME: 48-72 hours depending on ambient temperature, humidity and thickness
4. De-mold, sand or machine after 72-84hrs depending on thickness poured, always touch test first.

POUR THICK: Our special formulated epoxy is different from other manufacturers as our epoxy produces little to no heat so you get no fumes and no heat build up, Our formula set's at a steady slow speed which gives our product that ULTRA CLEAR See through design with no haze.

STORAGE

Recommended 55 degrees F. to 85 degrees F., with tightly sealed lids, avoid from direct sunlight
